Role Overview

We’re hiring a Home Buying Specialist (Inside Sales Agent) to be the voice of our company. You’ll speak directly with homeowners, build trust, and negotiate win-win deals. If you’re confident on the phone and thrive on closing, this role is for you.

The Deal

- Months 1-2: Weekly draw against commission, this will serve as a cushion during the ramp up period, while you build your funnel
- Month 3 on: 100% commission, uncapped, high ticket.
- You control your income. More calls worked well, more deals closed, more money. No cap, no politics, no "budget freeze."

What You'll Do

- Work a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified inbound and outbound leads from motivated homeowners
- Attend hot/ warm appointments set for you in your calendar.
- Build rapport fast, uncover real seller motivation, and present our buying solution




- Negotiate purchase terms and lock signed contracts
- Own your pipeline daily in CRM

Who We Want

- You've been commission-only before and you chose it, not settled for it
- Proven phone sales experience (inside sales, telemarketing, call center, real estate acquisitions, etc.)
- You can point to real closed-deal numbers, not just "activity"
- You don't need a base to feel motivated — you need a real opportunity and real leads
- Real estate acquisitions, ISA, high-ticket sales, or wholesale experience is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per month
