Coordinate and follow up on import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring timely shipment releases and issue resolution.Maintain direct communication with customs brokers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding customs-related activities.Review and validate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other trade compliance documents.Monitor shipment status, customs requirements, delays, discrepancies, and potential risks, providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.Maintain customs records and support compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company policies.Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration,
or a related field.Experience in customs operations, import/export processes, international trade, logistics, or supply chain environments.Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and international shipping procedures.Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers.Strong understanding of customs documentation and clearance processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Advanced English proficiency.Experience within manufacturing or electronics assembly environments is preferred.
