We are a boutique Software Development Agency specializing in enterprise solutions (Odoo, Zoho, Bitrix24), custom software (Web & Mobile) and SaaS product development.
We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and ambitious **Growth & Operations Coordinator** to become the right hand of the CTO/Founder.
This is **not** a typical administrative assistant role.
You will be the engine behind our commercial growth and operational efficiency.
You will start by handling prospecting and administration, with a clear path to becoming our **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** as the company scales.
**What you will do (The ***** Split)**:
- **60% Commercial Growth (Hunter Mode)**:
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Founder.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Create and prepare attractive sales presentations.
- Maintain the CRM (Zoho) spotless and up to date.
- **40% Operations & Admin (Builder Mode)**:
- Manage client invoicing, contractor payments, and basic cash flow tracking.
- Draft proposals and service contracts using our templates.




- Organize project documentation and coordinate with our freelance engineering team.
- Assist in the launch of our new SaaS product for the construction sector (beta testing coordination, user onboarding).
**Benefits**:
