**We are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL OPERATION TECHNOLOGY LEAD to be in Juarez City**
The Operations Technology Lead ensures technical, and cybersecurity capabilities are in place for Operational Technology (OT) systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
This role is accountable for site secure OT devices, cybersecurity engineering, lifecycle management, and integration of OT systems while ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

- Explore and understand technology and manufacturing challenges and synthesize business needs, manufacturing requirements, engineering elements, and technology inputs, etc. into business solutions.
- Provide technical direction for secure OT system design, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Ownership Operational technology - secure relationships with systems and technology partners to ensure smooth transition from project to business owner custody.
- Lead and support OT endpoint security initiatives, including patch orchestration, configuration control, compliance reporting,
and automation across large/validated OT environments.
- Oversee implementation of cybersecurity tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise IT and OT ecosystems.
- Ensure cybersecurity and operational requirements are balanced to maintain continuity of OT operations.
- Ensure alignment across evolving business needs and require strong partner management and leadership skills to collaborate across these multiple business partners
- Collaborate closely with Technical Services, ISRM, and integral engineering teams to align technical solutions with business and security objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to site leaders and cross‐functional partners, ensuring clarity between technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, concise technical documentation, reports, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Work proactively and independently, driving coordination across distributed teams with mínimal supervision.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and cybersecurity processes.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health,
Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Operational Technology, automation, engineering, and/or cybersecurity is required, with demonstrated technical leadership, system ownership, and management accountability in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
This role includes end‐to‐end ownership of secure OT architectures, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity platforms, as well as strategic oversight of OT initiatives, prioritization of work, and coordination across cross‐functional teams.
Proven experience leading engineers and technical resources (directly or matrixed), managing complex programs, driving decision‐making, and being accountable for operational performance, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement of OT systems is required
- Strong knowledge of OT architecture, industrial networks, and control systems as well manufacturing operations.
- Advanced understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance.
- Ability to balance cybersecurity controls with manufacturing uptime and operational needs.
