Overview:
**"HR Generalist"**
**Job Description**:
**Provide support in recruitment and selection activities when there is no assigned Recruitment team at the site.
**
**Prepare employee personnel files.
**
**Support in processing employee access to the corresponding site.
**
**Deliver induction training on the company's history and philosophy to new hires.
**
**Complete documents for employee procedures (onboarding, terminations, and changes related to savings accounts, savings fund loans, Infonavit and Fonacot deductions, etc.).
**
**Prepare files to organize and control information that supports the HR Supervisor in decision-making (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, vacation, sick leave, etc.).
**
**Follow up with Operations Supervisors to validate the upload of timesheets in Kronos so the HR Supervisor can confirm incident approvals to the payroll analyst.
**




**Record incidents in Excel files that are not processed through Kronos (special payments and prorated amounts) for submission to the HR Supervisor.
**
**Provide employee support to clarify payroll-related questions and address various requests.
**
**Receive and manage incoming packages (checks, voucher cards, etc.).
**
**Deliver final settlements to employees who are leaving the company.
**
Job Requirements:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
**Knowledge**: Basic understanding of Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Labor Relations.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**Experience**: 2 years in the Human Resources area.
**Language Requirement**: Basic/Intermediate English.
**Availability to Travel**: Yes, only if support is needed at another site (10%).
