**Key Responsibilities**
- Master Production Schedule (MPS) Ownership
- Build and maintain the weekly MPS in SAP/ERP, translating forecasts, firm orders,



and change notices into time-phased work orders.
- Adjust schedules proactively to protect on-time delivery and revenue targets.
- Capacity & Material Balancing
- Analyze work-center loads, material lead times, and supplier capacity; release or re-sequence orders to prevent bottlenecks and shortages.
- Drive recovery plans for any critical path risks.
- Shop-Floor Sequencing & Coordination
- Issue daily priorities; lead SQDC (Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost) huddles to resolve constraints.
- Expedite urgent parts and escalate blockers to the right level fast.
- Data Integrity & Parameter Management
- Keep BOMs, routings, and planning parameters (lot size, safety stock, lead time offsets) accurate to ensure reliable MRP signals.
- Champion disciplined change-control processes with Engineering.
- KPI Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor schedule adherence, WIP aging, inventory turns, and excess/obsolete stock.
- Lead or support kaizen events to reduce lead time and inventory while boosting throughput.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear status and risk escalations to Project Managers, Customer Service, and senior leadership.
- Feed supply-demand insights into S&OP;, quarterly capacity reviews, and annual budget planning.
**Tasks and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Advanced English.
