**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We're looking for a QA Engineer (Automation) who will own and execute automated testing across the full software delivery lifecycle, validating features in the pipeline and continuously monitoring and testing already-deployed systems.
You'll be the gatekeeper of quality, helping us ship with confidence while safeguarding uptime and user experience in a regulated healthtech context.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites to ensure consistent product quality across web and API-based systems.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to define testing strategies, and quality criteria for features and releases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and client specifications, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform rigorous testing on already-deployed production systems,



including sanity checks, regression testing, rollbacks, and validation after configuration changes to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data, tailored to cover critical workflows across clinics, clients, and product configurations.
- Review, refine, and help implement internal quality standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web-based SaaS.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2-C2) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Quality Management techniques and different test automation approaches
- Experience working with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable executing and maintaining test cases based on product requirements, without writing code.
