Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Financial Analyst - Costing to support its medical device manufacturing operations across North America, including our Queretaro, Mexico location.
In this role, you'll engage in diverse and rewarding responsibilities that encompass manufacturing financial analysis, process development, and implementation.

**Our Team**
You'll join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team at Phillips-Medisize, working closely with the Divisional Costing Manager.
Our team supports North American manufacturing sites, driving efficiency and cost accuracy across operations.
We operate in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote work, with occasional travel of less than 10%.
**What You Will Do**
- Build and maintain accurate costing master data within SAP to reflect manufacturing and procurement activities.
- Analyze and report on cost accounting activities, providing valuable insights to plant-level teams.
- Participate in the development of annual overhead and labor rates and program cost studies.
- Support operational and financial planning through capacity and labor planning analyses.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify and address root causes of manufacturing variances.
- Contribute to diverse cross-functional projects and analyses to support organizational excellence.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.




- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Advanced English skills for international collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating across organizational levels.
- A contribution-motivated mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
