**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and modify customer-supplied artwork to meet print specifications across multiple decorating processes.
- Ensure artwork is correctly sized, color-corrected, and formatted according to template and process requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers, production leads, and quality control to troubleshoot artwork-related issues.
- Maintain consistent file naming, version control, and adherence to internal documentation protocols.
- Work closely with the Art Prep team to ensure daily orders meet production schedules.
- Communicate effectively regarding any artwork or file discrepancies.
- Stay updated on printing limitations, material guidelines, and brand standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-departmental training when applicable.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of CMYK,



Pantone, and digital print file setup.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in a print production or related graphic design environment preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
