**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Register, analyze and execute payment proposals and manual payments for the Business Unit, and in turn gather reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal of the company, according to policies and procedures to guarantee the payment in time and form, as well as giving operative and financial visibility.
**Your Impact**
As** Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst**your functions would consist:
- Ensure AP services are provided according to SLA.
- KPI's monitoring and monthly presentation
- Securing the payloads of files to the bank.
- Ensure the execution of GPS controls for the payment area.
- Attention of internal users and BU.
- Participate in Robots implementation and improvements (RPA)Close interaction with BU to foment networking and service
- Support effective change management process
- Create continuous improvement projects for the area
- Participate in the resolution of payment exceptions with users.
- Support in information flows for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?
**
**Education**
- Accounting Bachelor's Degree, Administration, Finance or related.
**Experience**
- Experience: 1-2 years in Accounts Payables.
- Intermediate English.
(Desirable Portuguese)
- ERP Knowledge: SAP Preferred
- Office knowledge medium (excel, power point, word)
