We are currently looking for Global Pricing Team Leader for the Sea Logisctics area based in Mexico City.
** Your Role**: Offer comprehensive pricing and strategy packages to customers through the coordination of his/her workforce and the partnership with internal and external stakeholders
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Ensure Integral Pricing Process execution and adherence
- Oversee incoming RFQ, Coordinate with internal stakeholders, plan and allocate resources upon RFQ arrival
- Act as entry point and guide for Sales on all global pricing matters (RFQ, Index, Bunker)
- Support team members with RFQ challenges
- Ensure good quality of our final submission to Sales/Customer
- Maintain Data integrity and System knowledge
- Ensure assigned team is always updated, motivated, productive and high performing
- Identify talents and ensure constant development and empowerment of skilled manpower
- Monitor performance against annually agreed KPI's




- Provide feedback for Areas of improvement
- Foster communication and collaboration between the stakeholders
- Inform Team about market trends, industry standards and possible risks/changes related to Shipping/Forwarding
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
Bachelor's Degree in International Business
Experience in the freight forwarding industry at least 5 years
Experience in Sea Logistics Pricing at least 3 years
Experience in Team Management mandatory
Fluent in English
