**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Foster a collaborative environment encouraging open communication and teamwork among project members.
- Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools to track project performance and report on key metrics.
- Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in project management with a focus on Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Show proficiency in using PPM tools and software to manage and track project performance.
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Display strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and address project risks.
**Certifications Required**
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
