**Skills and tasks**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
- 4 to 5 years experience in a similar position within a integral company performing Shared Services functions and/or with experience in Human Resources activities.
- Intermediate English required
- **Use of Success Factor / SAP, TRESS System, Ceridian / HR Systems**:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Exceptional customer service skills both internally and externally
- Outstanding customer orientation: analytical skills, decision making, good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organised
- Process improvement orientation
