Responsibilities:- Make annual plan for the development of the dealer network- Make construction standards of the dealer's showroom, responsible for the construction and acceptance- Analyze the breakeven point of dealer network- Research and improve the satisfaction of the Turkish market- Responsible for sales training and product training for the dealer network- Responsible for the design, production, delivery, and acceptance of materials in dealer's showroommaintainedRequirements:- 3-8 years working experience in automotive dealer network department from other OEM's management level- Fluent English in spoken and written- Bachelor degree or above- Strong analytical capability, proficient in MS office- Good communication and project/program management experience preferred
