Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a Difference- Lead and coordinate the Plant Cost Analysis team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial objectives, and operational priorities.
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering technical expertise, professional growth, and career development.
- Oversee plant cost analysis activities, including product cost validation, cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (POV, PPV, CCV).
- Collaborate with Plant Cost Analysts, Supply Chain, Integrated Operations, and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve plant performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and internal and external audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence across the team that drives productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering high-quality service and resolving operational challenges effectively.
- Support workforce planning, talent development,



and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- +7 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or a related analytical function.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with 2–4 years of people management experience preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of plant cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and financial performance management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and financial systems, including reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong assertive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
