Position SummaryA senior leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency goals.
This role partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, talent development, and execution of operational strategies aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of production plans, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish action plans to close performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, human resources) to ensure operational alignment.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen team capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.




- Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Participate in budget planning and management for the function.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or operations environments.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
