About the role:We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented professional to join a fast-growing company within the logistics and last-mile ecosystem.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with logistics service providers to support business growth and operational excellence.
You will work cross-functionally to drive partner acquisition, optimize operational performance, and develop scalable solutions that strengthen our last-mile network.This is a highly dynamic position that combines business development, operations, analytics, and stakeholder management, offering significant ownership and visibility across the organization.What you'll do:- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with logistics service providers and last-mile operators.
- Lead end-to-end partner acquisition, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with logistics partners, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and business growth.
- Support partners in developing workforce acquisition strategies, improving recruitment channels, and optimizing operational capacity.
- Analyze operational and commercial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop action plans based on data insights to improve service quality, productivity, and partner performance.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a high standard of partner experience.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Supplier/Vendor Management, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience working with logistics companies, transportation providers, last-mile operators, staffing partners, fleet operators, or similar industries.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- High level of ownership and execution.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
