The Regional Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across the region.
The role partners closely with HR and business leaders to build a high-performing organization aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of regional OD strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, organizational structure reviews, and change management activities.
- Facilitate organizational assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and business performance.
- Coordinate annual talent review and succession planning processes across the region.
- Identify critical positions and develop succession pipelines.
- Monitor talent readiness and support development plans for key talent and high-potential employees.
- Track succession metrics and provide insights to leadership teams.
- Support Leadership Development Programs (LDP), High-Potential Programs, and other talent acceleration initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, assessments,



and coaching activities when required.
- Drive performance management processes and ensure consistency across locations.
- Support calibration discussions and talent review sessions.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement planning and development strategies.
- Support employee engagement surveys and action planning activities.
- Analyze engagement data and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Promote company values, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture.QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.Experience- 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or a regional organization preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is a strong advantage.Technical Skills- Talent Management & Succession Planning.
