As a CERTIFIED OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONAL LEAD, you will complete technical service activities to meet customer requirements, and lead sales growth by growing engagement with current customers and generating new prospects.
Develop actions to maintain the sustainability and profitability of the business.
You will report to the Optima Solutions Site Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fulfill the service to assigned customers (frequency of visits, reporting, lab tests, service surveys).
- Propose solutions and improvements in customer processes for a thoughtful performance of our products.
- Perform database updating, control, and administration of the inventory of spare parts and tools assigned.
- Lead PPAP and approvals for new customers and products to completion (Testing and audits).
- Placement of purchase orders and shipment with Customer Service.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering in chemistry.




- + 3 years of experienced management and technical knowledge of E-coat products, powder and phosphate.
- Validated experience in Inventory and Budget management.
- ISO Quality Systems and CORE TOOLS (PPAP, AMEF, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control).
- Intermediated English.
