- Confirms purchase orders and delivery details, through effective communication with customers.
- Efficiently processes purchase orders received through any electronic means, adhering to established procedures.
- Analyzes quotations and designs received from Sales Professionals to ensure they contain complete information and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Processes order information efficiently and accurately (quantities, selling prices, file numbers, part numbers, dimensions, tests).
- Optimizes the use of production and distribution resources by preparing efficient conversion process routes for work orders and scheduling shipments, forwarding them to the Customer Service Manager for approval.
- Ensures reliability on the customer page by carefully reviewing inventories, purchase orders, and balances.




- Channels customer complaints to the appropriate persons or departments regarding billing, product, or service offered, for proper investigation.
Experiência y requisitos
Minimum of 3 years of experience in areas related to customer service, production planning, and similar fields, primarily in maquiladora companies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in economics or administration-related fields.
- Excellent service attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
- 80% proficiency in English.
