The Role
This is a full-time role based in Mexico City as part of our LATAM team.
We're looking for a Creator with a strong focus on editing , someone who understands how content performs and how to build for attention across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit high-volume content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Translate trends, insights,



and performance into better content
- Lead ideas from concept to execution
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams
- Manage timelines and deliver under fast-paced environments
- Mentor and support junior creators
- Contribute to creative thinking, social copy, and content POVs
- Occasionally appear in content when needed
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in social content creation performing as Creative Director
- Strong editing skills ( Final Cut, After Effects, or similar )
- Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant, high-performing content
- Ability to ideate, produce, and execute end-to-end
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Passion for culture, trends, and storytelling
