Oversee and optimize day‐to‐day operations across technology and retail functions

Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the tech and/or retail sector
Strong understanding of the Mexican technology and retail market
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Strong operational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, multinational environment
