In this role, you will own sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination, partnering closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to keep a strong pipeline moving.
Source and screen candidates for roles across accounting, finance, and fraud related functions, building strong, qualified pipelines
Present qualified candidates to senior recruiters and hiring managers in a timely manner
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS
Provide a consistent,



positive candidate experience through the sourcing and screening stages
Hand off shortlisted candidates to senior recruiters for next steps, with clear notes and context
You are comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to build qualified pipelines quickly
~2 to 3 years of recruitment or recruitment coordination experience
~ Comfort working in a remote environment
