The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a general leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Senior Recruiter to support its Shared Services function in Puebla.
In this role, you will own full cycle recruitment for shared services roles, building strong pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.
What You Will Actually Do
- Manage full cycle recruitment for shared services roles based in Puebla
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for shared services functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity

- Comfort working onsite in Puebla
