Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an LCMS/GCMS Sales Technician at SHIMADZU MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V., based in Mexico City, Mexico.
The role involves promoting the company's analytical instrumentation products, providing technical demonstrations, and delivering training and support for clients.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with existing and potential customers, negotiating sales conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure product knowledge transfer and continuous learning is also expected.




Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client inquiries and build professional relationships Demonstrated Sales and Negotiation expertise in promoting and formalizing agreements for analytical equipment Experience in conducting Training sessions for clients to ensure proper use and understanding of products Background in technical fields related to LCMS/GCMS technology and analytical instrumentation Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Mexico City and interact effectively with diverse teams Proficient in Spanish and advanced knowledge of English; other languages are a plus Previous experience in the scientific or instrumentation industry is an advantage
