- Support and accomplish the "NPD" New Product introduction.
- Lead and conduct optimization projects (A3, Kaizen, 6S, etc) to improve KPI's and Processes and support other areas in performance improvement processes.
- Define strategy to Implement and promote the Manufacturing Practices and Governing behaviours indicated in the assigned company Objectives.

**Requirements**:- Education bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronic Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar- MUST English conversational PROFICIENT- 5 to 8 years of experience in Plastic Molding Manufacturing as Sr Supervisor or Superintendent- Experience on Medical Industry, desire- People management- skills.
