.We invite you to read this position's details and then apply**Position Overview**As a Customer Training Specialist, your primary objective is to guarantee an exceptional experience for our customers in every interaction with our suite of products and services.This includes ensuring a high-quality experience during the initial training post-sale and providing continuous coaching for users at all levels throughout their engagement with the client.
**Key Responsibilities**Proficient in developing, overseeing, and presenting training sessions through online training tools.Skilled in producing customer-oriented training videos.Capable of providing training in various formats, including individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, and face-to-face interactions.Able to seamlessly transition training interactions into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate.Emphasis on user education and promoting the adoption of products/services.Willingness to occasionally travel for professional development,



customer user workshops, or corporate meetings.Familiarity with administrative processes.
**Required Experience/Skills**:Customer-centric approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.1+ years of experience as training specialistAdvanced English levelOutstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, coupled with high energy and the ability to be assertive while maintaining respect.Resourceful, organized, and exhibits a professional demeanor.Understanding and appreciation of change management aspects, emphasizing the drive for adoption and adherence.Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Portuguese and French, at a professional level, is highly desirable.
