PRIVATE EQUITY / CREDIT FIRM WITH OFFICES IN HOUSTON, TX AND MEXICO CITY IS LOOKING FOR AN ANALYST FOR ITS MEXICO CITY'S OFFICE.
The firm is looking for individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the idóneo candidate should have strong communication & writing skills, and a strong ability to find solutions individually, as well as to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
TOP NEEDED SKILLS Strong analytical capabilities Financial modeling Due dilligence - M&A; Project valuation Communication RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct industry research to identify and evaluate potential investment targets.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, to assess the viability of investment opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence processes and analyze the findings to support informed investment decisions.




• Elaborate investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee's review.
• Support the deal execution process, assisting in the review of closing documents.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS • Have a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
Ideally, in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
• Ideally, 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, corporate finance, business, or consulting • Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and conduct business in both languages.
• Advanced Excel.
