A Mexican business group operating in the Oil & Gas, maritime services, and complex project sectors is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy.
Lead the company's financial strategy and ensure its profitability, liquidity, and long-term sustainability, actively contributing to business decisions, investment evaluations, financing structures, and risk management.
Lead financial planning, treasury, cash flow, budgeting, and profitability management.
Evaluate investments, CAPEX projects, and growth opportunities.
Structure financing and manage relationships with banks, investors, and strategic partners.
Oversee financial, tax, regulatory, and contractual risks.
Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls, and financial discipline.
Lead multidisciplinary finance teams across multiple business entities.




Participate in strategic negotiations, partnerships, acquisitions, and new projects.
Proven executive experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leadership role .
Solid experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, offshore services, or related industries .
Strong expertise in financing, treasury, financial planning, project evaluation, and CAPEX management.
Experience working directly with Boards of Directors and senior leadership teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA or postgraduate degree is desirable.
