About the Rol
eWe are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful professional to collaborate on upcoming aviation projects.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex design and construction initiatives.
The idóneo candidate brings a strong background in project management and project controls, coupled with a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from initial design through construction completion.
While experience in the aviation sector is a plus, what we value above all else is an exceptional client focus and the resourcefulness to navigate challenges and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful execution of aviation infrastructure projects.
Oversee and implement project controls, including schedule management, cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Guide projects through the complete design and construction lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement resourceful, effective solutions.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients and internal leadership, delivering exceptional service and support at all project phases.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and track key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Project Management and/or Project Controls.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the complete design and construction process.
Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, budget management, and contract administration.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Aviation Experience: Previous experience working on airport or aviation-related infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
