You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and growing our business in Mexico.What you will do:Hold responsibility for Passengers Acquisition and Retention KPIsLead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, ProductDrive Annual Marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media, and car branding strategies to optimize marketing mixHold country marketing budget processesGenerate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiativesLead Brand positioning in line with local insights and general brand guidelinesOversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channelsIdentify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectivesPerform market and audience researchWhat we expect from you:5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar roleExperience in leading multi-cultural teams,
