Responsibilities:Develop and establish long-term cooperation with top local apps in Mexico, focusing on high-quality user acquisition partnershipsExpand and manage diversified traffic channels, including affiliate, loan aggregators, SMS marketing and telemarketing channelsIndependently take full charge of business negotiation, cooperation terms, pricing, contract signing and campaign launchMonitor channel data, including traffic volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROI and other key indicators, and continuously optimize user acquisition performanceTrack local market trends, competitor strategies and new traffic opportunities in Mexico's fintech industryRequirements:Strong understanding of Mexico's internet ecosystem and traffic market5+ years working experience in traffic acquisition, BD, partnership or growth role, preferably in the fintech industryExisting resources or strong ability to reach top local apps in MexicoFamiliar with performance-based cooperation models such as CPI, CPL, etc.Strong negotiation, communication and execution skills; self-driven and result-orientedFluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus
