Account Manager (US Freight Brokerage)We are a fast-growing 4PL/3PL provider offering Managed Transportation (freight brokerage) services across the US.We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own day-to-day brokerage operations and customer accounts, with a hand in training and supporting the team around them as we grow.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations & Account ManagementBooking carriers for shipmentsMonitoring and tracking shipmentsManaging TMS entriesSourcing carriers and building carrier relationshipsReviewing carrier invoices and PODs, supporting invoicing and billingOwning customer accounts as the primary point of contact and growing them over timeKPI OwnershipOwn account-level KPIs: on-time pickup/delivery, tender acceptance, margin per load, claims ratio, and invoice accuracyReport performance trends and flag at-risk accounts early with a plan attachedTeam SupportHelp train new team members on processes, tools,



and standardsSupport day-to-day coordination and participate in 1-on-1 reviewsRequirements5+ years of US-based logistics / freight brokerage experience requiredExcellent English communication skills required.
