As ourRegulatory & AML Compliance Manager for Mexico, you will be an individual contributor with real ownership — working directly with senior leadership and playing a central role in one of the most consequential chapters of our LATAM expansion.You will join a small, high-impact team of 4 to 5 people in Mexico and will be responsible for building the compliance function from the ground up, supporting active license applications, and ensuring the company operates in full alignment with Mexican regulatory requirements as we scale.What You Will DoOwn and develop the AML/CFT compliance program for Mexico, including policies, procedures, controls, and governance documentationServe as the company's Compliance Officer before Mexican regulators, including the CNBVManage relationships with regulators and auditors, and lead regulatory examinations and inquiriesSupport the ongoingpayment gateway license applicationand future licensing processes as the business expandsEnsure compliance across KYC, data privacy, PCI,
