**Instructional Designer (LATAM)****About the role**:As an **Instructional Designer**, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our **learning platforms and training programs** to enhance employee knowledge across LATAM.
**What We Are Looking For in You****Key Responsibilities You'll Own**:**Design & Implement Interactive Learning Solutions** - Develop engaging, digital learning programs that improve product knowledge and sales performance.
**Manage LMS & Digital Platforms** - Ensure seamless operation and organization of BSC's learning management systems.
**Optimize Learning Materials** - Keep training content up to date and aligned with business needs.
**Collaborate with Stakeholders** - Work with SMEs, sales leaders, and HR to align learning programs with business goals.




**Drive Innovation** - Implement data-driven learning strategies and explore **learning tools** to enhance engagement.

**Preferred**: Experience in **Adobe Learning Manager, GenAI, data analytics, and medtech/healthcare training**.
**Certifications in SCRUM** is a plus.
