**What You'll Do**The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting our U.S. financial operations.This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial records, timely transaction processing, and adherence to U.S. accounting standards.Reporting to the US Country Financial Controller, responsibilities include but not limited to:**Daily Financial Management**- Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including daily and weekly reconciliations and aging monitoring.
- Process and code vendor invoices and customer payments promptly.




- Process daily refunds**Monthly and Annual Processes**- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, including analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss statements with commentary.
- Conduct monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits and tax filings.
- Support the preparation of financial reports as management requests.
**Inventory and Cost Management**- Assist with data entry for inventory management and cost of goods sold calculations.
- Reconcile purchase order entries with payable invoices.
**Payroll and Contractor Management**- Assist in payroll preparation for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processing for independent contractors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
**Customer Service Support**- Work with the customer service team to process manual refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
**Process Improvements**- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and accuracy**What We Believe In**Our company values are integral to our culture and success.We expect that you embrace our core values,
