Senior Consultant, Client CareThis role is responsible for working closely and effectively with Argano's Managed Services clients, providing troubleshooting and analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.The Senior Consultant, Client Care, also acts as a project manager for clients, meeting with them on a pre-determined cadence, triaging and prioritizing issues, assisting with resource planning, and providing clear communication.Primary PurposeTo deliver high-quality managed services, project management, and client engagement that aligns with Argano's strategic objectives and client success goals.Critical Qualifications and ExperienceAdvanced English communication skills5+ years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and Microsoft Dynamics AX **** in an implementation or managed services team, performing functional analysis, troubleshooting, solution recommendation and best practices guidanceWorking knowledge and expertise in Warehouse and Production management, and related business processesMicrosoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330 post Feb ****, or MB-330 plus MB-300 pre‐Feb ****)Bachelor's degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experienceProven ability to work with a virtual team of functional/technical consultants across different locations and time zonesAbility to work with technical resources to estimate enhancement efforts, secure approvals, and drive solutions to completionStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly motivated,
