- Identify transportation documents and incoming correspondence with accuracy.
- Upload information to document management system for file maintenance and Cargo Claims Specialist review.
- Ensure electronic files are complete and accurate, including transportation documents, relevant claim documents and correspondence- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.




- Possess the ability to learn an internal document management and Claims systems- High level of ability to read and write English- Demonstrate an understanding of when to escalate issues to the attention of Cargo Claims Specialist or Supervisor.
- Ability to understand, manage, and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work with team members and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:Entry level position, however, must be able to use a computer, type, and enter data in Claims System.Ability to read and write English is required.Prior experience with transportation documentation is desirable, but not required.This job will be full-time onsite at Expeditors' office in Monterrey, NL.
