Transport Competency Center business goals; Lead mentor and de velop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performanceContinuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and improve internal customer satisfaction- CORE SKILLS- Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools and knowledge of quality control systemsproficiency in forecasting models, and expertise in logistics analytics toolsExpertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.Problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, communicationAnalytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail, knowledge of fleet operationsFinancial acumen, data analysis, cost management, reporting skills.
