**JOB SUMMARY**Assure the continuous operation of the mechanical equipment and systems through predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance at an efficient cost.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coaching and development of the Maintenance SDT- Promote a safety environment of maintenance activities- Assure the completion of the mechanical maintenance program- Promote the improvement of the performance in the mechanical equipment in the plant- Supervise Mechanical Maintenance activities- Assure availability of equipment spares- Analyze Inspection, PM and PdM Reports and initiate corrective action when required.
- Participate or lead complex RCA's/ FMEA's and implement associated actions.
- SAP Maintenance process management (PM Services)- Work Orders release- Materials and services requisitions- Suppliers selection- Time sheet approval- Materials reservation.




**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- Mechanical Engineer Degree- 3-5 years' experience in Petrochemical Plant Environment with focus on operations, maintenance and capital improvements.
- Working knowledge of Industrial Codes & Standards such as ASME, API, NEC, NFPA, etc.- Team Management skills- Experience in projects management- Communication and teamwork skills- A player characteristics /SABIC Values- Reliability basic skills- Fluent in English/Spanish language(spoken/written)**ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (Copy and Paste below)**- You must be 18 years or older- You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process- You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
