Position SummaryA senior leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency goals.
This role partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, talent development, and execution of operational strategies aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of production plans, quality standards, and cost targets.Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes.Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish action plans to close performance gaps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, human resources) to ensure operational alignment.Lead, develop, and strengthen team capabilities,
