Role OverviewAs a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting drivers during breakdown events and coordinating solutions quickly and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Supporting drivers during roadside breakdown situationsManaging common issues such as:Tire‐related problems (punctures, blowouts,



damage)Emergency repair coordinationCommunicating directly with drivers to provide guidance and reassuranceCoordinating with vendors and service providers for repairsManaging repair processes and ensuring proper follow‐upFollowing established procedures and guidelines to ensure timely resolutions✅ What We're Looking ForBasic mechanical knowledge and practical understanding of truck and trailer operationsFamiliarity with:Common truck fault codesGeneral repair processesWhen to escalate issues to dealershipsExperience in trucking, transportation, dispatch, driver support, roadside assistance, or maintenance coordination is a strong plusCandidates with 1 year+ of relevant experience will be consideredComfortable working with systems and managing data; prior maintenance software experience is a plus but not required (training provided)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage high‐stress situationsExperience with de‐escalation and crisis managementDetail‐oriented with strong follow‐up and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple issues in real time Compensation: 26,********,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor) Interested?
