The Impact You'll Make As our Sr.
Manufacturing Engineer , you'll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production.

You'll collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, taking ownership of manufacturing process improvements, APQP, Pro-launch activities, and lean implementation—helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You'll Be Doing Lead manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Support new product introductions and APQP/Pro-launch activities, ensuring engineering requirements are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
Use your skills in lean manufacturing tools (DBS, VSM, 5 S, Poka-Yoke) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.




Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we innovate and operate.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering and several years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, capability studies, and root cause analysis.
Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, Auto CAD, and Minitab.
Advanced English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
