Position SummaryAs an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward‐thinking, open‐minded, and well‐rounded individuals to join our integral team.You will be Production Supervisor.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAchieve or improve production metrics established; leading, planning, monitoring.Coach the production operators' activities according to demand, procedures, policies and systems.Keep a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; and make sure to comply with established policies and procedures.Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Development and evaluation of risk analysis and ergonomic operations, equipment, and processes.APQP process development (Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PC, and MSA).
