**Hospitality Operations Coordinator**
Our client is a hospitality company built on a simple idea: renting a home shouldn't mean giving up hotel-level service.
They combine the comfort and authenticity of a private home with concierge-level touches — in-person check-in, fresh linens, on-demand support — and operate across 15+ destinations in 10+ countries.
You'll be the on-the-ground presence that makes that experience real for guests in Mexico City.
From welcoming guests at check-in to keeping homes in top shape between stays, you'll own the guest experience end-to-end while also keeping property owners and managers in the loop.
This is a hands-on, in-person role — you'll be moving between homes, meeting guests face-to-face, and building real relationships with the people who own the properties you manage.
This role is perfect for someone who knows Mexico City inside and out, thrives when no two days look the same, and genuinely enjoys being the person guests and owners can count on.
