Arrow is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Materials Planning Associate to join our team in Guadalajara.
You will be responsible for supporting new supplier lines
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Plan and pipeline inventory for high complex customer demand—high dollar value and/or large part count.
- Prepare both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads to and manage the exceptions generated from the Forecast processing.
Resolve any upload and/or output issues from forecast.
- Review parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goals.




- Work with sales teams and supply chain group to suggest alternative supply chain options to enhance customer support to assure inventory management needs are met.
Generate and/or contribute to out-of-box
- solutions.
**What**We Are Looking For**:
- 4 year degree and 1-2 years of related experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
- Intermediate-advanced Excel
- Use of ERP systems
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once
- Organized, skilled in prioritizing and anticipating customer needs.
