About the Role
As a Retention - Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their legal process.
This position focuses on delivering empathetic support, ensuring case progress, and strengthening client relationships.
This role contributes directly to revenue stability and GMV retention by helping reduce cancellations and reinforcing client confidence in our services.
Scope of Services
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and provide follow-up on documents, signatures, and case requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM and Google Sheets.
- Provide daily activity and performance updates.




- Coordinate with Case Management and Collections teams to support case continuity and payment follow-up.
- Address concerns related to fear, doubts, or financial instability with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify at-risk clients and implement appropriate retention strategies.
Professional Profile
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Experience in customer service, retention, or client success (legal/immigration experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
Compensation Structure
- Monthly professional fee: $16,000 MXN
