Unilink Transportation is looking for a **Tracking and Tracing Specialist** to join our Freight Brokerage team on a weekend shift schedule.

Schedule:
**Friday to Monday**
**6:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
**What You'll Do**:
- Monitor and track active shipments
- Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Identify and escalate potential delays or service issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and system update
**Compensation**:
- **$22,000 MXN net monthly base salary**:
- **PLUS Commissions**




**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or tracking & tracing
- 100% English Level
- Strong communication skills
- High sense of urgency and responsibility
- Ability to work independently during weekend operations
