What we need is someone who can pick up the phone, connect with people quickly, and turn that interest into a booking.
We use the NEPQ sales framework - a question-based approach that feels like a natural conversation, not a sales script.
You will be trained on it.
If you are the type of person who hates sounding robotic and would rather actually talk to people, you will love it.
**What the day actually looks like**:

- you see a lead and you go after it
- Pivot naturally when someone pushes back, rather than reading from a rebuttal sheet
- Have at least a year of real phone sales experience behind you Can manage a high-volume pipeline - during busy weeks it can reach ***** leads
- and still make every person feel like a priority
- Are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
- Have reliable internet, a computer, and a quality headset for calls
