As **Senior General Ledger Accountant** you will be responsible for supporting the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
**About the Role**:
- Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.
- Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong background in R2R/RTR.Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
